Portrait is a short film about family, love, distance, and the sacrifices we make for our dreams.

David, a Ugandan man, finds his story unfolding across time as he navigates life between two worlds. What begins as a short stay in the UK turns into something more, pulling him in ways he never expected. As he grapples with love, distance, and the weight of his choices, he finds himself caught between the life he’s building and the home he left behind.

Thank You For Waiting is a short psychological horror/satire set within a minimalist, looped office environment. It follows a character known only as “The Waiter,” who attempts to obtain a signature in order to access essential baby formula. Their increasingly urgent request is met by a representative of a fictional care organisation, The Ministry for Support, who offers only superficial empathy and procedural diversions. Structured as a repeating loop, the narrative highlights how systems can become disempowering and surreal when process overtakes purpose. The story evolves from passive confusion to emotional collapse, drawing attention to the moral cost of inaction dressed as professionalism.

Mr. Fork is a dark comedy mockumentary.

Marsha Law, a cold and clinical journalist from the obscure fashion magazine Wogue (with a “W”), enters the home of Mr. Fork — an awkward, aspiring serial killer who greets her by dropping a freshly murdered delivery guy at her feet. Just a bit of pre-interview stress relief.

Eager for recognition, Mr. Fork tries to charm her with cupcakes, tea, and board games. But Marsha isn’t impressed. Throughout the interview, she taunts and belittles him, constantly comparing his sloppy methods to the legendary Mr. Spoon — the most infamous serial killer of all time.

The more she talks, the deeper the knife twists — and it becomes clear that some comparisons cut deeper than others.
